How to measure
- Shin length: Sit or stand with the leg bent slightly. Measure from just below the knee down to the ankle bone or your preferred coverage point.
- Foot length: Place a tape on the floor against a wall, stand with the longest toe at the wall, read foot length for the instep flap coverage.
