How to measure
- Shin length: Sit or stand with the leg bent slightly. Measure from just below the knee down to the ankle bone or desired coverage point.
- Foot length: Place a measuring tape on the floor against a wall. Stand with your longest toe against the wall and read the length under the heel for the instep coverage.
