TUFF Traditional Muay Thai Shorts Size Guide
TUFF Traditional Style shorts use the classic Thai cut — longer length and wider leg openings than the Retro cut, with full freedom for kicks and clinch. Measurements below are flat-garment dimensions in inches. Pick by approximate waist; the elasticated waistband flexes for comfort.
| Size | Waist (in) | Crotch (in) | Length (in) | Leg width (in) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 26 | 12.5 | 13.5 | 12 |
| M | 28 | 14 | 15.5 | 13 |
| L | 30 | 15 | 16 | 14 |
| XL | 32 | 15.5 | 17 | 15 |
| XXL | 34 | 16 | 17.5 | 15 |
How to choose your size
- Waist — measure around your natural waistline and match to the Waist column.
- Traditional vs Retro cut — Traditional is longer through the leg with a wider leg opening. If you prefer a shorter, snugger fit, look at the Retro Shorts size guide instead.
- Between sizes — size up for a roomier feel through the hips, especially for clinch and high kicks.
- Fit note — Traditional Thai shorts run wider at the leg than typical gym shorts, by design. The wide leg gives full hip rotation.

Hanuman has created numerous teachers throughout history and the present. It was produced as a priceless kind of Buddhist art and has since become widespread. According to historical accounts, Hanuman resembles an albino monkey and is one of the Ramayana's primary protagonists.
The Hanuman standing raising the flag in tattoo is renowned among soldiers, warriors, Muay Thai fighters, and law enforcement because it symbolizes power, wealth, and invulnerability. The standing tattoo gives a significant posture of high confidence and leadership among all warriors in the ancient war.
