Scramble Mens BJJ gis use the standard A0 to A4 sizing convention, with optional L variants (A1L, A2L, A3L) that share the same chest and waist as the regular size but with longer sleeves and pants — pick these if you have a long torso or long limbs. Find your height and weight band below, then match the size.

How to measure
- Height & weight — find the height range (feet and inches) and cross-check your weight band.
- Between sizes — choose the larger size unless you prefer a slim, competition-style fit.
- Long-limbed — if you sit at the upper end of a height band, choose the matching L variant (A1L, A2L, A3L). Same chest and waist, longer sleeves and pants.
- Shrinkage — Scramble BJJ gis are pre-shrunk; expect minimal further shrinkage in cold/lukewarm wash. Hang dry to preserve fit.
