The figures below are garment measurements taken with the shorts lying flat — measure a similar pair you own and match. Primo runs Asian sizing, so most fighters size up one step from their usual UK shorts. The waistband flexes through training, so pick by waist measurement rather than by your usual S/M/L label.

How to measure
- Waist — Lay the shorts flat and measure across the waistband from edge to edge. The waistband is elastic, so it stretches comfortably across the listed range.
- Length — Measure from the top of the waistband down the outer side seam to the bottom hem.
- Bottom — Lay flat and measure across one leg opening from edge to edge. Muay Thai shorts flare slightly at the hem for unrestricted kicks and knees.
