Fit tip: Order half a size up from your normal size. This is Athlete Performance Solutions' official Fit Tip (Nike's authorised combat-sports licensee) and it matches the feedback we hear from M4F customers. If you have wider feet or you plan to wear a thicker training sock, consider a full size up.
The UK and US Men's sizes shown on each Nike product page follow the conversion in the table below. US Women's sizing runs 1.5 sizes higher than US Men's for the same shoe (i.e. a Men's US 8 is a Women's US 9.5).
