The Bytomic Defender Shin Guards are featherweight dipped-foam guards built for semi-contact Karate, Taekwondo and Kickboxing sparring. Hook-and-loop closure keeps them snug, with five sizes covering child Small through adult XL. Find matching gear in the Bytomic collection.
Fit tip: Measure the shin from just below the knee to the top of the foot. The dipped-foam stretches around the calf with the elasticated strap — if you sit between two sizes, sizing down keeps the guard hugged to your leg during quick footwork.
| Size | A (Shin Length) | B (Width) | Elastic |
|---|---|---|---|
| Child Small | 27cm | 15cm | 22cm |
| Small | 29cm | 17cm | 27.5cm |
| Medium | 32cm | 18cm | 29.5cm |
| Large | 33cm | 18.6cm | 29.5cm |
| XL | 34cm | 19cm | 32.1cm |
How to measure
- Shin length: Stand or sit with the leg bent slightly. Measure from just below the knee down to the top of the foot.
- Shin width: Wrap the tape around the widest part of the calf for the elastic-strap sizing.
