8 Weapons Shin Guards (Sak Yant Tiger, Unlimited, and signature lines) are full-coverage Muay Thai shin and instep guards with multilayered padding and neoprene insteps. Fit tip: 8 Weapons shin guards size by total leg length (knee to top of foot) rather than calf circumference — the dual Velcro straps and elastic foot loops handle width. If you sit between two sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit; size down for the tightest pad-round feel. Adult guards are sold as a pair, kids guards too.

How to measure
- Shin length: Stand or sit with the leg bent slightly. Measure from just below the knee down to the top of the foot (where the instep flap will sit).
- Foot length: Place a tape on the floor against a wall, stand with the longest toe at the wall, read foot length for the instep flap coverage.
