All Top Ten head guards are PUR-integral foam and certified to DIN EN 13277-4 (European combat sports protective standard). Sizing is by head circumference, measured around the forehead at the protective area.
Fit tip: A correctly sized Top Ten head guard sits firm without restricting blood flow or slipping during head movement. If it slides on impact, it's a size too big — refit the velcro or drop a size. The S/M overlap on the Nong Han model is for fighters between bands.

How to measure
- Head circumference: Wrap a soft tape around your forehead, just above the eyebrows and around the widest part at the back of the skull.
- Between sizes: If you're 55 cm or 59-60 cm exactly, size down for a firmer fight fit, or size up for a roomier training fit.
- Velcro check: Once on, the head guard should not move when you shake your head sharply — adjust the chin and back-of-head velcro until secure.
