The Century Vario Wrecking Ball encourages you to strike or kick with a broader range of upward and downward motions. Its spherical shape gives an exaggerated strike area at the middle, with smaller areas towards the top and bottom. In the uppermost position it replicates an opponent's head; in a lower position it suits downward kicks.

- Two foams in each element, each giving 180° of strike surface (black on one side, white on the other): PF90150, the durable foam used in Century training bags, and PF60130, a softer foam for cardio training with increased absorption

Returns & exchanges
