8 Weapons Muay Thai Shorts are short-cut wide-leg Thai shorts handcrafted in Bangkok by a German-Thai collective, sized S-XXL by waist with a flexible elastic waistband. Find more 8 Weapons gear across the 8 Weapons collection.
Fit tip: 8 Weapons shorts use a very flexible waistband — the waistband sits at the natural waist and stretches roughly +/- 3 cm. If you sit between two sizes, take the waist measurement; the wide-cut legs and elastic waist absorb the difference. The shorts are cut short by Muay Thai tradition (legs finish mid-thigh) and the flared legs give full hip-rotation clearance.
| Size | Waist | Length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 28-30 in (71-76 cm) | 14.5 in (37 cm) |
| M | 30-32 in (76-81 cm) | 15 in (38 cm) |
| L | 32-34 in (81-86 cm) | 15.5 in (39 cm) |
| XL | 34-36 in (86-91 cm) | 16 in (41 cm) |
| XXL | 36-38 in (91-96 cm) | 16.5 in (42 cm) |
How to measure
- Waist: With good posture, wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your torso, usually at or just above your belly button. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and not twisted.
- Length: Measure from the waist down to 2-4 inches above your knee. 8 Weapons MT shorts are cut short by design.

Description
Description
A vibrant purple twist on the Strike series silhouette, the 8 Weapons Strike Muay Thai Shorts Purple pair a bold satin shell with silver detailing on the workhorse Strike cut. High-cut side slits open the leg up for full kicks; the slim secure waistband stays put through hard rounds without bunching.
The Strike series is shaped around freedom of movement — the lightweight satin breathes through long pad and bag rounds, while the rich purple colourway with silver accents stands out cleanly from standard gym kit. Reinforced double-stitched seams handle the abuse of training, and the minimalist styling keeps the look sharp.
Main features:
- High-density satin shell with reinforced double-stitched seams
- High side slits for unrestricted teep kicks, knees and clinch movement
- Slim secure waistband sits flat under rash guards
- Subtle 8 Weapons logo patch with silver detail
- Vibrant purple colourway that stands out cleanly from standard kit
- Available in five sizes from Small to 2X-Large
