Sizing is driven by the length of your shin (knee to ankle), not your calf or body weight. Pair with boxing gloves, headguards or shorts from the Venum collection.
Fit tip: Use the length of your shin as the benchmark. If you're between two sizes, go down for optimal support, or up if you need more room at the calf or layer over hi-rise socks.

How to measure
- Shin length: Sit with your foot flat on the floor and your knee bent at 90 degrees. Measure the front of your leg from just below the kneecap down to the top of your foot.
- Calf circumference (check): If your calf is unusually muscular, go up one size to avoid the strap cutting in.
