Venum's men's spats — full-length compression tights worn under BJJ shorts, vale tudo or MT shorts — are cut for a second-skin fit with stretch panels that grip without restricting circulation. They're the foundation layer of a no-gi roll, a long sparring session or a recovery run. Pair with rashguards and vale tudo from the Venum collection.
Fit tip: Spats are compression apparel. The waistband is flexible with roughly +/- 3cm of give. If you're between two sizes, favour the leg length as your reference point.
| Size | Waist | Leg Length |

How to measure
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline at the narrowest point, just above the hip bones.
- Leg length (inseam): Measure from the top of the inner thigh down to the ankle bone.
Not sure which size to pick? For maximum compression, choose the size that matches your measurements. For a lighter feel, go up one size. We offer 30-day returns on unworn items with tags attached. Browse the full Venum collection for matching rashguards, fight shorts and grappling kit.
