Roll Supreme sizes rash guards by bodyweight in kilograms — not by chest measurement — because the four-way stretch fabric and flat-lock seams contour to your torso once the weight bracket is right. Use your current training weight.
Fit tip: Compression rash guards are meant to feel tight. If you size off chest or t-shirt size you will usually end up too loose, the rash guard rides up during scrambles, and the seams chafe under the gi jacket. Trust the bodyweight column.
| Size | Bodyweight |
|---|---|
| XS | 50 - 60 kg |
| Small | 60 - 70 kg |
| Medium | 71 - 80 kg |
| Large | 81 - 90 kg |
| XL | 91 - 100 kg |
| XXL | 101 - 115 kg |
How to choose
- Bodyweight: use your current training weight in kilograms. Weigh yourself after waking, before breakfast, for a stable number.
- Between sizes: the smaller size will give a competition-tight fit — ideal for no-gi and grappling tournaments. The larger size will feel more like a fitted t-shirt and is better for casual training and longer rolling sessions.
- Long-torso build: if your height puts you well above the average for your weight bracket (e.g. 6'2" at 75 kg), size up to avoid the rash guard riding up over your hips during inversions.
- Long-sleeve vs short-sleeve: same chart applies to both. Long sleeves stop at the wrist when sized correctly.
Not sure between two sizes? Our 30-day no-quibble returns cover apparel — order both and keep the better fit. Browse all Roll Supreme gear.
