- Sparring: Default to 16 oz regardless of bodyweight — most UK gyms require it for partner safety.
- Heavy bag / pads: 12-14 oz is a good all-rounder for most weight classes.
- Competition: 8-10 oz depending on the sanctioning body and weight category.
- Beginners: Start with 14 oz — protects your hands while you build technique.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, unsoiled and in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Hygiene exclusions apply; see our refund policy for full terms.
