- Beginners: Start with 14 oz — protects your hands while you build technique and learn correct fist position.

The slimmer back-of-hand padding keeps the profile low for cleaner clinch work without giving up protection, while the attached contoured thumb and pre-curved shape settle into a natural fist. A wide hook-and-loop wrist strap locks the glove down for solid support on the bag, on the pads and in sparring.

Returns & exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, unsoiled and in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Hygiene exclusions apply; see our refund policy for full terms.
