All adult gloves are 10oz to 16oz; kids gloves are 6oz to 8oz. The weight controls padding, fist load and sparring suitability.
Fit tip: Most UK gyms require 14oz or 16oz minimum for partner sparring. 10oz and 12oz are bag and pad work weights. If you want one pair for everything, buy 16oz — they work across the full training spectrum.

- Hand wraps: 8 Weapons gloves are cut to fit comfortably over 4m hand wraps. If you wear unusually bulky wraps, allow one weight up for fit.

Hand-finished in Thailand from premium leather, these are the kind of training boxing gloves that disappear into the rhythm of pad rounds and bag work without fighting the hand.
The Cut Like a Blade 2.0 carries an all-over modern print across the back of the glove balanced by clinch-friendly geometry — compact in profile so they tuck cleanly during plum work and 50/50 ties, while still giving proper hand and wrist protection on bigger combinations. An internal grip bar keeps the fist closing naturally on impact, the wide hook-and-loop wrist closure locks down without cutting, and the sewn-on thumb is positioned to reduce sprain risk on heavier shots. Firm side-of-hand padding helps block check kicks during sparring.
