Find your Elion Muay Thai shorts size below. Measurements are half-waist taken from the garment laid flat, unworn — multiply by two for your full waistband measurement in cm. If you sit between two sizes, the elasticated waistband gives roughly 2–3 cm of stretch.
Fit tip: Elion Muay Thai shorts use the traditional short cut with wide leg openings for knees and teeps. Size by waist measurement first — your hips don't drive the fit because the cut is loose through the leg.
| Size | Half-Waist (laid flat) | Full Waist (approx) |
|---|---|---|
| S | 32 cm | 64 cm / 25" |
| M | 34.5 cm | 69 cm / 27" |
| L | 36 cm | 72 cm / 28" |
| XL | 39 cm | 78 cm / 31" |
How to measure
- Waist: measure around your natural waistline, just above the hip bones — that's where the waistband will sit.
- Between sizes: size up for clinch and grappling, size down for a tighter, fight-night look.
- Drawstring: Elion shorts use an elasticated waistband plus drawstring, so each size accommodates a ~3 cm range either way.
