Fit tip: Most adult boxers spar in 16 oz. Step up to 18 oz if you weigh over 185 lb or if your gym mandates it. 14 oz is reserved for lighter weight classes and amateurs preparing for competition fights at that weight.

How to measure your hand
- Lay your dominant hand flat, palm facing up, with fingers spread.
- Wrap a soft tape around your palm across the knuckles, excluding the thumb.
- Measurements are taken without handwraps. Wear your usual wraps when sparring — padding compresses inside the glove.
- If your hand sits between sizes, prioritise wrist tightness. A loose glove on a heavy hand causes wrist injuries.
