Pro-Box boxing gloves are sized in ounces (oz), not by hand size. The right weight depends on your bodyweight and what you train: heavier gloves for sparring (more padding, safer for your partner), slightly lighter for bag and pad work (better feedback and hand-speed). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, unsoiled and in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Hygiene exclusions apply; see our refund policy for full terms.
