The Fumetsu rash guard range is built for BJJ no-gi, MMA conditioning and grappling. The fit is a bodycon compression cut — close to the skin to minimise grip points for your training partner. Use the chart below to match your chest, waist and height to the right size.
Fit tip: Fumetsu rash guards run true to size. Order your usual training top size for a competition fit; size up if you prefer a slightly more relaxed feel for everyday training.
How to measure
- Chest: Around the fullest part of your chest, arms relaxed.
- Waist: Around your natural waistline at navel height.
- Height: Floor to crown in bare feet.

Description
Description
Built around the same compressive polyester construction as the long sleeve version, the Fumetsu Origins Short Sleeve Rash Guard Black gives you entry-level Origins build with less arm coverage — designed for warm-weather no-gi sessions or athletes who run hot through grappling. The all-black colourway pairs with anything in the kit drawer.
Whether you're rolling at no-gi BJJ in summer, drilling MMA cage rounds, or pushing through hot conditioning circuits, this Origins short sleeve rash guard delivers a compressive form-fit that supports muscle engagement while letting your arms breathe. The polyester-spandex blend gives 4-way stretch with anti-wear and anti-fade properties, flat-lock seams reduce mat-burn irritation through hard rolls, and the short sleeve cut sits clean across the shoulders. Hand-drawn artwork designed in the UK. Pairs naturally with the wider Origins range — fight shorts, dual layer shorts and Vale Tudo shorts.
Main features:
- Form-fitting short sleeve compression cut for arm freedom and torso support
- Polyester-spandex blend with anti-wear and anti-fade properties
- Flat-lock seams reduce irritation and chafing through grappling
- All-black colourway with UK-designed Origins screen-printed branding
- Stays opaque under stadium lighting
- Available in seven sizes from XS to XXXL
