Adidas Combat Speed.5 Wrestling Boots Black/Red

Adidas Combat Sports Boots Size Guide

Find your size below. The most reliable way to size Adidas combat-sports footwear (boxing boots and wrestling boots) is by foot length in centimetres — measure your foot from heel to longest toe and match it to the foot-length column, then read across to the UK, EU, US or JP size you need. Adidas combat boots tend to fit on the snug side, so if you are between two sizes or have a wider foot, size up by half.

How to measure

• Stand on a piece of paper — put your heel against a wall and mark the longest toe.
• Measure heel to toe in centimetres — this is the number that maps directly to the foot-length column.
• Measure both feet — use the longer foot's measurement.
• Measure at the end of the day — feet swell slightly with use, which matches training conditions.
• Wear your usual training socks — measure in the socks you will train in, especially for wrestling boots worn with thicker socks.

Fit notes

• Snug fit by design — Adidas combat boots run small. If you measure between two sizes or have a wide foot, size up by half a UK size.
• Boxing boots (Box Hog, Speedex, Speedex Ultra) — built on the same last as Adidas wrestling boots, so the same chart applies.
• Wrestling boots (Combat Speed, Mat Wizard, Mat Hog, Tech Fall, Havoc, Adizero) — designed to fit close to the foot for grip and feel; allow no room beyond the longest toe.
• Kids/youth boots (Havoc Kids) — use the kids UK sizes (0K-13.5K) for younger feet, junior numbers (1-6) for older juniors moving into adult ranges.
