Venum Training Camp 4.0 Fight Shorts Black/Neo Green
Venum publishes their men's fight shorts in two cuts: a short cut that finishes at the middle of the thigh for maximum range of movement on takedowns and kicks, and a classic cut that finishes just above the knee for fighters who prefer more coverage. Both cuts share the same waist sizing — only the thigh length changes. Pair your shorts with a rashguard or vale tudo from the Venum collection.
Fit tip: Waistbands have a flexible elastic with roughly +/- 3cm of give. If you're between two sizes, favour the waist measurement as your reference point.

How to measure
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline at the narrowest point, just above the hip bones. Keep the tape level.
- Thigh length: Stand straight and measure from the top of the hip down the side of the leg to where you want the shorts to finish.
Not sure which size to pick? Most BJJ and MMA fighters prefer the short cut for unrestricted movement; striking-focused training tends toward the classic cut. We offer 30-day returns on unworn shorts with tags attached. Browse the full Venum collection for matching rashguards, gloves and protective gear.
