How to measure
- Chest — measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits, with the tape level and snug but not compressing.
- Waist — measure around your natural waist (the narrowest point above the navel), keeping the tape level all the way round.
- Between two sizes? — size up only if you prefer a looser fit; rash guards are designed to fit snug for grappling.
