Hayashi Karate Mitts Size Guide
Hayashi Tsuki WKF-approved karate mitts are sized S to XL by hand circumference. Measure around the widest part of your hand below the knuckles, excluding the thumb.
| Size | Hand Circumference |
|---|---|
| Small | 17 – 19 cm (6.7 – 7.5 in) |
| Medium | 19 – 21 cm (7.5 – 8.3 in) |
| Large | 21 – 23 cm (8.3 – 9.0 in) |
| XL | 23 – 25 cm (9.0 – 9.8 in) |
How to measure
- Hand circumference — wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your hand below the knuckles, excluding the thumb.
- Between sizes — size up; the foam-padded mitt sits over the closed fist and should not restrict finger movement.
