Venum's men's vale tudo and compression shorts are full-length stretch compression panels worn under fight shorts in MMA, or alone for BJJ no-gi and submission grappling. The cut is second-skin tight to lock the quads and hamstrings during ground transitions, with a flexible waistband that flexes through hip movement. Pair with rashguards and fight shorts in the Venum collection.
Fit tip: Waistbands flex with +/- 3cm of give in waist measurement — the fit will still hold. If your measurement is at the upper end of a size, go larger for lighter compression, or stay at the recommended size for maximum compression.

How to measure
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline at the narrowest point, just above the hip bones.
- Thigh length: Stand straight and measure from the top of the hip down the side of the leg.
