Fit tip: If you're between two sizes, pick the larger one. A Gi will shrink slightly on its first hot wash, and a slightly looser fit gives you more room for live rolling.
How to measure
- Height: Stand against a wall in bare feet and measure floor to crown.
- Weight: Use your current training weight, not competition weight.
