Leone 1947 groin guards size on hip and waist measurement. The contoured cup fits inside an elasticated waistband, so the chart pairs body height and waist size with each grouped bracket. Measure your natural waistline first and use that to pick a size.
Fit tip: a groin guard should sit firmly without sliding during high kicks or footwork. The elasticated belt tightens — but the cup itself does not stretch, so don't try to force a smaller cup over a wider hip.
Leone 1947 Groin Guards Size Guide
| Size | Waist circumference (cm) |
|---|---|
| S/M | up to 88 |
| L/XL | over 88 |
How to measure
- Stand relaxed, normal breath.
- Run a soft tape around your natural waist (just above the hip bones).
- Pick S/M if your waist is 88 cm or under, L/XL if larger.
- If you train in fight shorts, take the measurement at the waistband — the groin guard sits inside those shorts.
