Fit tip: The AG1 is moderately elastic and sized to compress around the contours of the ankle. A correctly-sized support should feel snug at rest and stay in place through a round of pad work without slipping. Pick by ankle circumference first, foot size second.

How to measure
- Ankle circumference: Wrap a tape around the narrowest point of the ankle, just above the ankle bones. Keep the tape snug but not compressing the skin — that's your true ankle measurement.
- Cross-check with shoe size: Most adults UK 4 - 8 land on Medium and UK 8 - 12 on Large, but always measure if you sit on the border.
- Pair use: Sold and worn as a pair. Wash by hand in cold water to preserve the elastic.
Borderline between sizes? Size down — the AG1 is built to stretch into place and a marginally tighter fit gives more joint support. If the support slides during a round, it's too loose.
