Pick your Elion glove weight by user bodyweight. Elion publishes a standard ounce-to-weight table that covers training, sparring and pad work for men, women and kids. Use this as a guide and ask your coach if you're between two ounces.

Fit tip: heavier ounces give more padding for sparring and conditioning; lighter ounces suit bag and pad work. When in doubt, size up for sparring — Elion gloves are hand-made in Thailand and the leather will shape to your hand over a few sessions.

How to measure

Bodyweight: the primary input — Elion sizes gloves by user weight, not hand circumference. Choose the row that brackets your kilo weight.
Training use: bag and pad work — pick the lower ounce in your range. Sparring — pick the higher ounce.
Coach check: if your gym specifies a glove weight (most do for sparring — typically 14oz or 16oz), follow their rule first.
