Find your Elion groin guard size below. The cup-and-supporter design uses a waistband fit, so size by your natural waist measurement. Take the tape around the narrowest part of your torso, just above the hip bones.

Fit tip: a properly-sized groin guard should sit flush against the body with no movement during knees and kicks. The cup should cup the front without pinching the inner thigh on side kicks.

How to measure
