Rival sizes their bag gloves by hand circumference and bodyweight rather than by oz, so you fit the glove to your hand and the model to your training goal. Find your weight and hand circumference below, then cross-reference with the model you're buying — every Rival RB model has slightly different padding density and shape, so the size charts differ subtly.

Fit tip: All Rival hand measurements are taken without handwraps. Add roughly half an inch of slack if you train in 180" wraps.

How to measure your hand

Lay your dominant hand flat, palm facing up, with fingers spread.
Wrap a soft tape around your palm across the knuckles — do not include the thumb.
Measure without handwraps. If you train wrapped, add about half an inch.
If you sit between sizes, size up — you can compress padding but you can't stretch leather.
