How to measure

• Waist: wrap a soft tape around your natural waistline (roughly above the hip bones, below the rib cage). Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. Stand relaxed, breathe out, and read the measurement in inches.
• Between sizes: size up. The elasticated waist with internal drawstring will cinch in fine and the looser leg opening gives more freedom for high kicks and guard passing.
