Pro-Box head guards are sized by head circumference in centimetres. The chart below covers the Base-Spar, Club Essentials, Club, Pro-Spar and Face Saver ranges — from junior XS through senior XL. A correctly fitted head guard sits firmly without slipping over the eyes and leaves your peripheral vision clear.

How to measure
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head — about 2 cm above your eyebrows and ears.
- Keep the tape level and snug but not tight — pull it firm against the skull.
- If you're between sizes, size up — head guards loosen slightly over the first few sessions and you want full peripheral vision.
- The chin strap and rear lacing on Pro-Box head guards give roughly ±2 cm of adjustment within each size band.
