Fit tip: The GPS1 is sized to fit a wide range of adult waists via its three-lace adjustment, but Twins still produce it in graduated sizes for the closest fit. Pick by waist first, then cross-check with bodyweight. The laces let you tune the wrap so the cup sits central and the belt sits above the hip bone.

How to measure and fit
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest point above the hip bones). The lace adjustment lets you cinch in by up to 2 inches, so if you sit between sizes, size up.
- How it sits: The belt should run above the hip bones with the cup centred over the groin and the leather skirt covering the lower abdomen. Adjust the three laces so the wrap is firm but not pinching.
- Beneath shorts: Designed to be worn under Muay Thai shorts. Allow an extra inch of shorts waist room if you're between sizes on the shorts as well.
