Pro-Box boxing vests are sized by chest measurement in inches. The Club Essentials and Body-Tec ringwear lines share the same XS through X-Large band — pick the size that matches your chest with about an inch of room for the quick-dry polyester. The vest is cut close so it stays clear of gloves during combination work.
| Chest Measurement | Size |
|---|---|
| Up to 35 inches (Up to 89 cm) | XS |
| 35–37 inches (89–94 cm) | Small |
| 37–39 inches (94–99 cm) | Medium |
| 39–42 inches (99–107 cm) | Large |
| 42–44 inches (107–112 cm) | X-Large |
How to measure
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades — keep the tape level all the way round.
- Measure over a thin training base layer, not bare skin and not a hoodie.
- Breathe normally — don't expand or contract the chest. The vest needs to sit close at rest so it stays in place during punches.
- If you're between sizes, size up — the polyester has limited stretch and a tight vest restricts shoulder rotation on hooks.
- Vests are sold separately from shorts — your vest and shorts sizes won't always match.
