+How do I return my order?

Please login to your account. Navigate to your order and click the "return items" button. You will then be sent a returns form and link to a free royal mail returns label. Please note free returns is only available if you are located in the United Kingdom

+Do you offer a free returns service?

If the item you need to return is under the Royal Mail size limit, we offer free returns to customers within the UK. We also offer the locker returns solution InPost - you can find more information here. However if you need to return a bulky item such as a punch bag, this will incur a £15 collection fee that will be deducted off of your refund. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns for overseas customers.

+How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days after receipt of the goods to return them for a refund. You have until the 14th January to return goods purchased in the Xmas Period (Nov onward)

+Has my return been processed yet? / Where is my Refund?

We try to process all returns within 14 days of receipt however it may take longer during busy periods.

Refunds can take anywhere between 5-7 working days after the return has been proceed to appear on your bank statement. If you have not received your refund after this time period please contact us

+I have lost my returns form. What do I do?

Please Click Here to download a new Made4Fighters returns form. Please make sure to fill this in correctly with your details else we may not be able to associate the return with your original order.

+I can't find the link to the free returns label. What do I do?

Please click here to obtain a free returns label. Please note the label will only work for customers in the United Kingdom.

If your item weighs more than 20kg or the dimensions are larger than than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) you will not be able to use this service. Please contact us to assist you

+I am not in the United Kingdom. How do i return my order?

Please login to your account. Navigate to your order and click the "return items" button. You will then be sent a returns form and returns address via email. Please send your item(s) back to us via a tracked method. Sorry, we do not currently offer a free returns service for customers outside of the UK

+You have sent me the wrong item. What do i do?

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the incorrect item and you are in the United Kingdom. Please follow the instructions above to make a return as normal and we will get the correct item sent out to you.

If you are outside of the UK please follow the instructions above and send the item back to us using a standard, tracked delivery service. Please send us a copy of the postage receipt and we will refund the amount to you. Once we have received the item back, we will send you the correct item.

+I have a product from you that has become faulty, what do I do?

Please contact us and include a photo of the fault, along with your original order number. We will contact the supplier of the product and get back to you as soon as possible. If we deem the product to be faulty we should be able to send you a replacement without you having to send the item back to us. If we are unable to issue you with a replacement, we may offer you a store credit as an alternative.
