You can pay for your order using a credit/debit card, or you can pay via PayPal. We do not accept AMEX.
We take fraud seriously, which may mean that sometimes genuine payments get declined due to the fraud rules that we have in place. If this happens, make sure that the billing address you are using matches the address that the card is registered to, and that this has been input accurately. If the problem persists, it may be worth attempting the payment via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
Please head to the gift certificate page. You can either email it directly to yourself and print it off, or email it directly the recipient.

Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would. Click the 'View Cart' link to view the contents of your shopping cart. Type your gift certificate code in to the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box and click 'Go'.
Head to the Gift Certificate page to check your balance. Please note you will need your unique gift certificate code.
If your order is still ‘awaiting fulfilment’ we can cancel and refund your order, and you can re-place the order using the offer or discount code. Please note that the stock will become available for all customers to purchase when we cancel the order, so there is a chance you will not be able to re-order. We are unable to refund you the difference if you placed your order before the offer begun. If your order is already awaiting dispatch or completed, we cannot process a refund for the difference.
VAT will be charged on all applicable orders and products, depending on your location. If you believe you are being charged incorrectly please check your billing information is correct. For example: If you live in the Channel Islands and you are being charged VAT, you need to make sure that you are changing your destination country from ‘United Kingdom’ to ‘Channel Islands’. This will automatically make your order VAT exempt.
