Order FAQ'S

+Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it?

If your order status is 'awaiting fulfillment’ on the account page, we will be able to amend or cancel the order for you. Once the order status changes to ‘awaiting shipment’ or 'dispatched' - we are not able to make any changes or cancel your order.

+I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, please contact us with your order number and the name of the missing item. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can for you.

+What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Please send us an email with your order number, a description and a photo of the fault. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly and as easily as possible for you.

+I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the incorrect item, please email us and we will rectify the issue as quickly and easily as possible for you!

+I’ve cancelled my order, when I will receive my refund?

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear on your bank statement. Please contact us via email if you have not received your refund within this time frame.

+Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?

Yes, we can ship to alternative address to your billing address, however we always include the invoice in the parcel that displays the amount paid for the order! We do not offer a gift wrapping service.

+Can I place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to take orders or payments over the phone.

+Can I come and collect an order?

Unfortunately we do not operate a collection service. However we do offer quick next day delivery options to the UK.
