The nature of MMA and related combat sports means that there’s always the chance that you may sustain an injury during training, whether it’s a knee injury, an ankle sprain, or any number of other common combat sport injuries.  But that doesn’t mean that you have to take a break from your schedule and there are ways to manage injuries and protect against further problems.  

Providing support and reducing symptoms
