Primo Muay Thai shinguards are sized by length only — the distance from your foot inset (where the shin meets the top of the foot) to where the top of the shinguard sits, usually just below the kneecap. Take the measurement straight down the front of your shin in inches and match the closest size. Primo handmade products carry slight size variances so round up if you sit between sizes.
